FOOTGENiX (“FOOTGENiX”, “we”, “us”) operates the football training facility at The Field, Victory College, Maadi Street 216, Maadi, Cairo Governorate 11728, and the website footgenix.club. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

a. Information you give us

  • Website forms (Contact, Registration, Tournament Registration, Request, Survey and Academy forms): name, email address, mobile number, and anything you write in the message field.
  • WhatsApp, phone and social media enquiries: your number, name and the content of your messages.
  • Bookings and memberships: player name, date of birth or age group, guardian name and contact details, emergency contact, preferred sessions.
  • Payments: transaction reference, amount, date and payment status.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Website analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) through cookies and similar technologies.
  • CCTV footage recorded inside and around the facility for safety and security.

c. Information about players under 18
Registrations for players under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We collect the player’s name, age group, guardian contact details, emergency contact and any medical or physical information the guardian chooses to share so we can supervise sessions safely. We do not knowingly collect data directly from a child without guardian involvement.

3. Photography and video

We photograph and film sessions, tournaments and events for coaching feedback, our website, and our social media channels.

  • Guardians may withdraw consent for their child’s image at any time by writing to info@footgenix.club, and we will stop using new images and remove existing ones from channels we control where reasonably possible.
  • Guests filming inside the facility must not record other guests without their permission.

4. Payments

Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials on our systems — we only receive confirmation of the transaction. The provider processes your payment data under its own privacy terms.

5. Why we use your data

  • To answer enquiries and confirm bookings
  • To register players, manage attendance and run academy programmes
  • To take payments and issue receipts or invoices
  • For safety, supervision and incident handling, including CCTV
  • To send service messages about your booking, and — only if you agree — offers, events and academy news
  • To improve the website and our services

6. Sharing

We share data only with: our payment provider; software providers that host our website, forms and booking or accounting systems; coaches and staff who need it to run your sessions; and authorities or insurers where the law requires or where an incident makes it necessary. We do not sell your personal data.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: up to 24 months from your last contact
  • Player and membership records: for the duration of membership and up to 5 years after, for accounting and liability purposes
  • Payment records: as required by Egyptian tax and accounting law
  • CCTV: normally up to 30 days, unless retained for an incident investigation

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to stop marketing messages, or to withdraw a consent you gave us. Write to info@footgenix.club and we will respond within 30 days. Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 applies to our handling of your data.

9. Cookies

The website uses cookies for basic functionality, analytics, and — where used — embedded content such as maps and video. You can control cookies through the banner on the site and through your browser settings.

10. Security

We use access controls, secured hosting and staff confidentiality obligations to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what we hold.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
